The Qatar Stars League (QAT1), or Ooredoo Stars League (QAT1), is the top football league in the Qatar football system. At the end of the 2025-2026 QAT1 season, the QAT1 teams listed below qualify for the following non-league play:
- 2027 AFC Champions League Elite - League Stage:
- 1st and 2nd place 2025-2026 QAT1 team
- 2027 AFC Champions League Elite - Playoff Round:
- 3rd place 2025-2026 QAT1 team
- 2027 AFC Champions League 2 - Group Stage:
- 4th place 2025-2026 QAT1 team
The winner of the 2026 Amir Cup, typically an QAT1 team, also receives a berth in the League Stage of the 2027 AFC Champions League Elite.

Season Format
Each QAT1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 11 QAT1 teams for a total of 22 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) total goal difference, then (2) total goals scored.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2025-2026 Regular season, the 12th place QAT1 team will be relegated directly to the QAT2, and the 11th place team will enter into a one match Promotion/Relegation playoff with the 2nd place QAT2 team.
